Bush once again harms America's neediest while helping the wealthy and funding his Wars!

Bush once again harms America's neediest while helping the wealthy and funding his present and future wars!
I was pretty disappointed when I saw Bush's recent Budget. It made me remember that nothing is new. I went back to 12/5 when he used a term a found offensive when talking about the needy and the programs necessary to their survival, "unfunded liabilities" I, like most of you found it very repugnant that the House had just approved $39.7 Billion in spending cuts. These are the unfunded liabilities the President said we must decrease. I find it sickening that we are saving that money at the expense of the lower classes while the President insists on giving the rich back their taxes. These so called savings are going to be in health care (Medicaid and Medicare etc.), education, and other Federal programs critical to the lower classes. That is despicable in itself, especially after the tremendous damage he has steadily inflicted on average Americans.
Now he is doing it again. As usual he never fails to undercut our society and make you think you owe him for it because he is doing you a favor.
This time The Pentagon is the big winner in President Bush's proposed budget for next year, while domestic items such as aid to schools and grants to local governments will get slight increases. Medicare and Medicaid, the health program for the poor and disabled, would shoulder modest but politically difficult cost curbs in the budget the White House is submitting to Congress on Monday. Some $18 billion in budget savings would come from farm programs over five years.
Again the average American takes the hit while once again Bush is insisting on making the tax cuts to the wealthy permanent. He is increasing his war Budget to a degree that makes me wonder what is up?
I don't know how Bush figures this but his proposed 3 trillion dollar Budget supposedly will produce a surplus in 5 years. Can someone tell me how that could be possible?
I don't see how that is possible but once again he is calling for something good and of course he won't be in office. When it doe not happen he will only blame it on Democratic interference.
I refuse to believe that he can call for a future surplus based on squeezing domestic agencies such as the departments of Education, Energy and Health and Human Services once again. How much can our society and our America take before he breaks it?
I don't understand how Bush can get accolades for calling for a balanced Budget by 2012 again after he is gone, while he knowingly omits his ever growing war costs and many other items ? How does he geet away with what he used to call Voodoo Economics?
Unless we act, we will saddle our children and grandchildren with tens of trillions of dollars of unfunded obligations," Bush said Saturday in his weekly radio address. "They will face three bad options: huge tax increases, huge budget deficits or huge and immediate cuts in benefits." http://www.cnn.com/...
At least he has toned down the rhetoric as to unfunded obligations instead of calling programs for the countries neediest "unfunded Liabilities" He ignorantly says unless we act we will saddle our children with trillions of dollars in order to care for the need. Okay, so we ignore our responsibilities as he does? He also keeps forgetting to tell our you that his " supposedly" balanced budget in 2012 does not include the trillions of his debt that he has nicely put off until he is gone and onto the shoulders of those children he is supposed to be helping.
I just don't get it, How does he get away with this?
