Russia now says it should be part of the proposed U.S. anti missile shield, Now what?

Russia now says it should be part of the proposed U.S. anti-missile shield, on the spot, what can Bush say now?
In light of all the past stories I have done in relation to this proposed missile shield and the fact that Britain wants it there and the U.S. is proposing to set it up all around the world I looked at it myself as a threat to Russia as they also did or do. That is why I find it quite intrigueing that Russia also says it wants to be included. Does this ever raise a lot of questions and put the U.S. on the spot. Wow, put up or shut up!
Russia now says it should be part of the proposed U.S. anti-missile shield because it's close to rogue states that might fire rockets, said Konstantin Kosachev, chairman of the lower house of parliament's foreign affairs committee.
``Even if one were to imagine hypothetically that North Korean missiles might one day be fired at targets in Europe, one doesn't have to be an expert in geography to realize that the greater part of their trajectory would be over Russia,''
Kosachev wrote in the International Herald Tribune today.
``Does anyone suppose that Russians want nuclear warheads flying over their heads -- particularly carried by missiles of dubious quality?'' he asked. Kosachev called for the creation of a Eurasian missile defense system based on Russian territory.
The U.S. is negotiating to deploy interceptor missiles in Poland and a radar station in the Czech Republic, both former Soviet allies, to guard against long-range missile attacks from countries such as Iran. Air Force Lt. Gen. Henry Obering, who heads the U.S. Missile Defense Agency, said March 1 he would like to have an additional radar station in the Caucasus, part of the Soviet Union until 1991. http://www.bloomberg.com/...
It is telling to me that while Bush says these systems are not a threat to Russia he wants to cmplete the circle around them by putting these systems in Ukraine and Georgia. Since in Putin's own words the missile shield would ``completely neutralize'' the deterrent threat posed by Russia's own nuclear missiles. ``There will be no more balance of power.
Russia has a land border with North Korea and a sea border with Iran. So it stands to reason if fencing in Russia was not the real intention then Russia should be included in this proposed missile shield.
I agree with Russia that Any attempt to build a security system without Russia will not be effective, comprehensive, or successfull. What is your take on this development?
