Osama bin Laden raid: top 10 discoveries as Mobile phone links Pakistan's ISI to Osama bin Laden courier

Mobile phone links Pakistan's ISI to Osama bin Laden courier: a Brigadier General is held as suspected Islamist and 4 more Officers questioned ?

Mobile phone links Pakistan's ISI to Osama bin Laden courier: a mobile phone recovered during the US raid last month on Osama bin Laden's hideout shows the al-Qaeda leader's closest courier regularly communicated with commanders of a terrorist group linked to Pakistan's ISI intelligence agency, according to American officials.

You know that little tidbit would not have come to light if Pakistan had found that cell phone first. Finding this out is a guarantee that Obama did the right thing by sneaking in unawares to the ISI. For a fact, Osama would have been warned and would have escaped.

Osama bin Laden raid: top 10 discoveries

Brigadier held as suspected Islamist: Major General Athar Abbas, the army spokesman, said Brigadier Ali Khan was believed to be linked to Hizb-ul-Tahrir, an organization that is campaigning for the establishment of an Islamic caliphate.

Pakistan army questions 4 more officers: The Pakistan army says it is questioning four more officers about suspected links with a banned extremist group. The development comes a day after the army said it detained Brig. Ali Khan for suspected ties to Hizb-ut-Tahrir, which has called for officers in the Pakistan army to oust ...

I guess Hizb-ut-Tahrir fell out of favor but I want to hear Pakistan is arresting the connections that have been complicit with the Haqqani's the biggest threat to the US and Afghanistan security. I am interested in the independent Haqqani network "wikipedia"

I remember a week or so ago Pakistan finally admitted publicly that they had rats "informers" in the ISI "the military's interservice intelligence Agency so stupid me thought they were doing a bit of house cleaning. I should have known the connection to terrorism commanders and the Officers so far questioned came from the US.

Call records also revealed UBL had called a number of South Waziristan-based commanders from the militant group Harakat-ul-Mujahideen. We knew some in the ISI were complicit even before 9/11. I thought for sure Pakistan would start cooperating after Bin Laden was killed if only for their own good. Man are we in trouble.
